Simplification for business customers

The new network charges model simplifies things for BKK Nett’s business customers.

For customers that consume less than 100,000 kWh

The new model will be more faire because it is based on actual power consumption rather than the size of the main fuse. The changes will increase some business customers’ network charges and reduce those of others.

The capacity component will be a fixed monthly amount based on how much electricity you use at the same time. A level-based model has been created for this. The energy component is determined by how much the enterprise consumes in total (total kWh), and when the customer uses the electricity.

For customers that consume more than 100,000 kWh

The new model will be simpler than the current one for customers that consume more than 100,000 kWh per year. Today, these customers’ network charges are made up of three components based on the size of their fuse. From the start of 2022, these customers’ network charges model will still have three components but they will not be based on the size of their fuse.
